Carrie Garrott is an artist and educator living and working in Collin County Texas. She has always had a curiosity and love for the natural world. She designs with elements found in nature, predominantly botanicals and insects. She strives to capture the idea of fragility and ephemerality in her work by drawing attention to the delicate vulnerability of her subjects and materials.

​Carrie's artwork has been included in various publications worldwide including “Dreaming Jewelry” and “The Art of Jewelry: Paper Jewelry”. Her work is included in private and public collections, most notably the Museum of Art and Design in New York, NY and the Racine Art Museum in Racine, Wisconsin.
