About the Event

The International Astronomical Search Collaboration (IASC) is a citizen science program in which students are able to make original astronomical discoveries and participate in hands-on astronomy. Join Dr. Patrick Miller and his staff to learn how to use Astrometrica with students to identify asteroids and name your discoveries! Then learn how to use the Las Cumbres Observatory (LCO) to engage your students in the science of astronomy by examining and discussing images of deep sky objects, planets, and minor planet bodies. 6 CPE credits.
